How and when do I get the products I purchased from this website?

You will be able to download the products available for INSTANT DOWNLOAD upon the completion of the payment process. IMPORTANT: You have THREE DAYS (72 hours) after purchase to download your product files before the links will expire. Once the links expire, you will no longer be able to download your products.

After payment is completed, please click the Return to Template-Logic Designs link to be taken to the Order Summary page. Click the DOWNLOAD link next to each product to receive your items. You will also receive an email (usually within minutes of placing the order) containing your download links at the email address provided during checkout and if you registered an account, you can also find your download links under My Account.

It is important that you make sure to provide a valid email address where you have access to retrieve your download links and be sure to check your spam folder for any misdirected emails if you do not see the order confirmation email in your inbox in a timely fashion.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders that require customization are sent within 24 to 48 business hours to the valid email address provided during the checkout process.

My download links have expired ... how do I get my order?

All download links expire THREE DAYS (72 HOURS) after purchase. It is VERY IMPORTANT that you download your products to your computer AS SOON AS POSSIBLE within this time frame so that you do not allow your order to expire without saving it first. It's also a good idea to backup your files and save them to a CD, USB flash drive, etc. I also recommend that you KEEP TRACK of where you save your files so that way, you can easily recall them for future use. Please contact me if you have further questions with your order.

What are rewards points? How do I get them? How do I redeem them?

Reward points are offered through the FREE T-L•D Net Rewards™ program and they are points that you receive for the purchases made at Template-Logic Designs. You need to be member of this rewards program in order to receive the points for your purchases. You can redeem your points at any time by using them in your shopping cart and you can use them in conjunction with the coupons -- the amount of savings is up to you!

What is an auction template? What do I need to use it? How do I use it?

An Auction template is an pre-coded HTML webpage that contains a design for product listings and several sections for product and policy information. My auction templates are color-coded for easier editing and all you need to use them is WordPad (or similar program) or the TabBot software (highly recommended!) Instructional help guides are included in your purchase and they will guide you through the process of using your template.

What is the document format for auction templates and instructions?

Template files are provided in RICH-TEXT format (.RTF) and the instructional files are provided in PDF format. You will need the FREE Adobe Reader to view the PDF files.

What is HTML? Do I need to know it to use your templates?

HTML, short for Hypertext Markup Language, is a very simple computer language used on the Internet and for Web page design. It defines the structure of the pages that appear on the Web and makes it possible to navigate between them. HTML uses tags and hyperlinks to define what text looks like, add pictures to Web pages and direct the user to other pages on the Internet.

Though helpful, NO HTML experience is necessary to use my auction templates! Help guides are provided that will guide you throughout the process of using the templates, plus the TagBot software will assist you in placing your auction information in the correct sections without having to look at a single line of HTML code!

What is TagBot? How do I use it?

TagBot is a small desktop program that will make it easier to update and maintain the content in your auction templates. You can view instructions and download this program FREE by clicking on TagBot Download.

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, I accept payment through PayPal® only (NO echecks). You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) through PayPal®, even if you don't have a PayPal® account.

I forgot to enter the coupon code during checkout! Can I get a refund?

Coupons are offered as a courtesy to my customers and it is the responsibility of the customer to use them when placing an order. To get your discounts, enter the desired coupon code in the Discount Coupon Code field of the shopping cart and click on 'Apply'. The discount will be reflected accordingly if the code was used correctly. Refunds for the amount of the discount will not be given on orders where no coupon code was entered at the time of purchase, so be sure to check the Promotions page for active codes and use them in the shopping cart.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of the products I sell, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Will I have to unzip any of the template files?

No, you do not need to unzip any files. Each download link contains a single template file.

Do you offer custom web and/or graphic designs?

Yes, I do both custom web & graphic design. Please click on Custom Designs to read more about these services!

What is image hosting? Do I need to have that?

An image hosting service allows individuals to upload images to an Internet website. The image host will then store the image onto its server, and show the individual different types of code to allow others to view that image. If you have more than one image per product, then you will need an image host because eBay allows you only one FREE picture per listing, then they charge a fee per picture after that.

How many photos can I use with your templates?

You can use an unlimited amount of photos with my templates, which means no more pay-per-picture eBay fees! If you use the TagBot template, the default amount of photos is twelve (12). If you need more than that, then please indicate the number of photos needed in the ORDER NOTES section during checkout and the customized TagBot template file will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.

Do I need to resize my product photos before inserting them into the templates?

Resizing of your product photos is not necessary with my auction templates because they are automatically reduced to thumbnail size within the template itself and the full size photos open up in a new window.

What image hosting services, if any, do you recomend?

I recommend PhotoBucket for hosting your product photos and there is a FREE account option available, too!

How many times can I use the templates I purchased? May I share them with other people?

You may use the templates as many times as you want to and only under the ebay® user ID associated with the order. You may not share your templates with anyone else and I encourage you to read the Terms Of Use for your product purchase.

I accidentally deleted my template files from my computer! Can you replace them?

If I am able to recover a receipt WITHIN A 30 DAY TIMEFRAME from the date of purchase, I will be happy to replace your order(s). Unfortunately, I cannot gaurantee replacement of these files, so PLEASE make sure to backup your template files to a CD, floppy disk, USB flash drive, or some other portable device!

I learn best when I see things done visually. Do you have a visual of the template instructions?

How do I contact you if I need some assistance with my template files?

Click on the Customer Care tab at the top of the page to open a support ticket and I will respond accordingly ASAP to assist you with your technical support request.
