PAYMENT:
At this time, I accept payment through PayPal® only (NO echecks). You can pay with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) through PayPal®, even if you don't have a PayPal® account.
SHIPPING:
There is NO SHIPPING because all my products are digital and are delivered via email and/or download link. The only thing that will be shipped is the Backup CD if you order one and the CD will be sent via USPS with Delivery Confirmation™. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Due to the digital nature of the products I sell, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
If you ever need assistance, you can reach me through Customer Care by opening a support ticket and I will respond ASAP and work with you until your ticket is resolved. I want all of my customers to be happy with their purchases and satisfied with the service here at Template-Logic Designs.
